This one is just so close to perfect, but it misses by too much.
We have divided benches at bus stops, just so folks can’t sleep on them. We have “no loitering” signs all over the place, and every unoccupied building within a ten minute walk from where that statue would land is plastered with “No Trespassing” signs. It just doesn’t ring true.
It should have been something about feeding the masses. You can’t swing a dead cat around here without hitting someone who’s giving away food. That’s really cool. We should be bragging on that instead.
