This is a beautiful piece of art, but I’d be very afraid of accident potential. That’s one bad concussion away from a permanent curse on Center Street art, you know? I’m also not sold on the spider theme: I’m comfortable with spidery things, but I’ve encountered a lot of vocal people who are very not.
I love this swing. It adds more things to do downtown. I would love to see more unique swing/hammock type things downtown to encourage interaction between people. It’s a sculpture it’s a purpose.
